Parade of Sail to escort Statsraad Lehmkuhl aboard Seattle's Tall Ship

​Be part of a rare and unforgettable maritime tradition. On the morning of Tuesday, October 22, guests are invited to board Seattle’s Tall Ship, the schooner Bay Lady, for a ceremonial escort of the Norwegian tall ship Statsraad Lehmkuhl as she arrives in Elliott Bay.

​As dawn breaks over the harbor, the Bay Lady, will provide escort of Statsraad Lehmkuhl, recreating a centuries-old maritime gesture of welcome and respect. Together, the two vessels will glide into the bay in a living tribute to tradition, diplomacy, and shared environmental purpose.
