Wagyu & Whisky: A Private Guided Tasting - W Hotel
W Hotel - 61st floor. There will be a rep to accompany you on the lobby floor near the elevators.
A private tasting held during Black Hat week, in a boutique venue inside the W Las Vegas. Your host will meet you in the lobby and walk you to the private location.
The evening is a professionally guided tasting led by two specialists. A whisky sommelier walks you through a curated flight, from premium pours to the rare end of the shelf, including a Macallan 21. A Wagyu expert guides you through A3, A4, and two varieties of A5 from different cuts and prefectures, explaining what separates the grades as you taste them.
Each pairing comes with the story behind it: the distillery, the prefecture, why this cut with this pour. You'll leave knowing how to read a Wagyu grade and a whisky label properly.
No talks. No agenda. No pitch. Just good pours, great cuts, and the right people.
