All Aboard! Keeping Governance on Track

​Join special guests, Aileen Hefferen (Consultant, Former CEO Prep for Prep), Ronald E. Richter (Consultant, Former CEO, JCCA), and Paul Spivey (Principal, Phillips Oppenheim) for a fire side chat on the drivers of strong governance.

​Attendees will have the chance to reinforce a practical understanding of core board responsibilities while having the opportunity to connect with peer board members serving across Robin Hood–funded organizations.

​While not required, participants are strongly encouraged to attend with a board buddy / mentor.

​During the session, you will:

• ​Build a practical understanding of core board responsibilities, including fundraising, governance, and board ambassadorship

• ​Explore tools and resources that support effective board leadership in a complex and evolving nonprofit landscape
