Who am I? Hi, I'm Sam Chavez, founder of the roots of change agency. Having worked in corporate advertising with Fortune 500 brands, I have been in the belly of the beast and now use my communication skills for good trouble. These workshops are designed to meet and support social change communicators to do good work in a tech-dominated world.
Why Star Wars? Because I am a knurd! I was born on Star Wars Day and have always had the rebel spirit of Lea keeping me anchored in my social change work. I believe creativity and stories can transform how we strategize and build our organizations to create lasting change.
