TINUNO'S MENU
At its heart, Filipino cuisine is about more than food. It is about salo-salo : coming together to eat, share, and connect. From the communal experience of a Kamayan feast to the smoky aroma of grilled barbecue, the comforting familiarity of garlic rice, and the colourful sweetness of halo-halo, every dish offers an invitation to experience Filipino culinary traditions.
Step into the vibrant world of Filipino cuisine, where comforting home-style dishes, smoky grilled meats, fresh seafood, savoury marinades, and colourful tropical desserts come together in a celebration of flavour and Filipino hospitality. Rooted in a rich culinary heritage shaped by regional traditions and diverse cultural influences, Filipino food brings people together through generous portions, bold flavours, and meals made to be shared.
From the communal tradition of Kamayan feasts, served on banana leaves, to sizzling barbecue skewers, crispy pork belly, fragrant garlic rice, and refreshing halo-halo, every dish offers a taste of the Philippines’ distinctive food culture.
Meat & Signature Filipino Dishes
For those who love hearty, savoury dishes, Filipino cuisine offers a delicious combination of marinated meats, smoky barbecue, crispy textures, and comforting rice-based meals.
The Kamayan Feast is a centrepiece of Filipino communal dining, bringing people together over a generous spread served on a bed of banana leaves. The feast features garlic rice, pork barbecue, squid, shrimp, mussels, okra, eggplant, and mango salad. Available in different sizes, it is designed for sharing and discovering a variety of Filipino flavours. The Mini Kamayan Feast offers a similar experience for one, featuring an assortment of seafood, barbecue, vegetables, and garlic rice.
For a satisfying taste of Filipino comfort food, the Lechon Kawali features deep-fried pork belly, celebrated for its crispy exterior and rich flavour, while Liempo offers grilled pork belly strips with a smoky, savoury finish. The Pork Sisig brings a tangy, savoury character to the table, while Pork BBQ features skewers coated in a flavourful Filipino-style barbecue sauce.
Those who enjoy grilled specialities can explore Chicken BBQ, with marinated chicken skewers, or Chicken Inasal, a beloved Filipino grilled chicken preparation known for its distinctive marinade and smoky flavour. For a traditional breakfast-inspired meal, Kawalisilog pairs crispy pork belly with garlic rice, a sunny-side-up egg, and mango-carrot salad.
Other satisfying options include Tapsilog, featuring pan-fried marinated beef served with garlic rice and fried eggs; BBQsilog, combining pork barbecue, garlic rice, and eggs; and Longsilog, featuring sweet Filipino-style longganisa sausage with rice and eggs. Each silog combination showcases the Filipino love of pairing savoury proteins with garlic-fried rice and eggs.
For a taste of Filipino street-food culture, try Pork Lumpia, crispy spring rolls filled with pork, or Pork Siomai, savoury dumplings served in a four-piece portion. Those looking for something crunchy can also explore Crispy Chicharon Bituka, fried pork intestine, and Iskooink Crispy Pork Chicharon, featuring crispy pork rinds.
Vegetarian & Plant-Forward Dishes Filipino cuisine also offers vegetable-based dishes and plant-forward sides that bring colour, texture, and freshness to the table.
The Vegetable Lumpia features small, crispy spring rolls filled with mixed vegetables, making them a delightful starter to share. For a simple yet flavourful accompaniment, Fried Eggplant offers lightly crisped slices, while Grilled Eggplant highlights the vegetable's natural flavour with a smoky finish.
The Grilled Okra provides another vegetable option, with lightly charred pods that complement the richer flavours of grilled dishes. For a refreshing contrast, the Mango Carrot Salad combines the sweetness of mango with fresh carrot, adding a bright, colourful element to the meal.
Complete your plate with Garlic Rice, a staple of Filipino dining infused with savoury garlic flavour, or Steamed Rice, a versatile accompaniment to vegetable dishes and other menu favourites.
A variation of the Kamayan is available for vegetarian, with grilled eggplan, grilled okra, grilled pineapple, veggie lumpia and pickled carrots and mangoes.
Seafood & Flavours from the Sea
With its island geography and strong coastal food traditions, the Philippines has a rich seafood culture featuring grilled fish, crispy preparations, and simply seasoned dishes that let the ingredients shine.
The Grilled Bangus (Boneless) showcases milkfish, a popular ingredient in Filipino cooking, prepared on the grill for a savoury, satisfying dish. The Fried Bangus (Boneless) offers a crispier alternative, while Bangsilog pairs milkfish with garlic rice, two fried eggs, and an orange wedge for a hearty Filipino breakfast.
For a lighter grilled option, Grilled Tilapia offers a straightforward preparation, while Fried Tilapia delivers a crisp exterior and tender fish. The Grilled Squid, topped with tomato and onion, brings together smoky seafood flavours and fresh garnishes.
Those seeking something more indulgent can try Bangus Sisig, featuring crispy milkfish served with a tangy, savoury sauce. Seafood lovers can also discover the variety offered in the Kamayan feasts, where squid, shrimp, and mussels are served alongside grilled vegetables, mango salad, and garlic rice.
For a traditional Filipino breakfast accompaniment, Tuyo features dried salted fish, offering a distinctive savoury flavour that pairs naturally with garlic rice and eggs. Filipino Street Food & Appetizers Filipino street food is all about bold flavours, satisfying textures, and easy-to-share bites. The menu brings together a selection of crispy snacks, grilled skewers, and familiar comfort-food favourites.
The Pork Lumpia is an excellent starter for sharing, offering crispy wrappers and flavourful fillings. Tender Juicy Hotdog skewers bring a familiar Filipino favourite to the table, while Fish Balls offer a popular street-food-inspired snack served on skewers.
Sweet Finishes & Filipino Desserts
No Filipino dining experience is complete without dessert, and this menu celebrates the country's love of creamy sweets, tropical flavours, colourful textures, and the unmistakable taste of ube.
The Halo-Halo, one of the Philippines’ most iconic desserts, is a colourful combination of crushed ice, milk, sweetened beans, corn, yam, jellies, coconut strings, leche flan, and ube ice cream. Its name translates roughly to “mix-mix,” reflecting the tradition of combining the ingredients to enjoy their different textures and flavours in every spoonful.
For ube enthusiasts, Ube Overload takes this beloved purple yam flavour to another level, featuring extra ube halaya, ube ice cream, leche flan, sago, coconut strings, crushed ice, milk, and rice flakes.
The Turon offers a warm, sweet finish, featuring banana wrapped in a crispy spring-roll wrapper and coated with caramel. Leche Flan provides a rich, creamy Filipino-style custard, while Silvanas feature delicate cookie sandwiches filled with buttercream and coated in cookie crumbs.
For something different, Maisconyelo offers a Filipino-style corn dessert, adding another sweet and comforting option to explore.
