About Tuti:
Tuti Scott is a dynamic facilitator, speaker, coach, and author with a 30-year career in women's leadership, Title IX protections, and strategic philanthropic consulting. Known as the "Ellen DeGeneres of women's philanthropy and the Ann Richards of social justice," she's dynamic, fun, interactive, engaging, and thought-provoking.

Currently, Tuti focuses on engaging people in conversations around justice, money, and power via workshops with the Freedom School and Invest for Better. She's the producer of "Women & Money – Making Money Moves that Matter," a curated online community turning knowledge into action in social justice philanthropy and values-based investing. Tuti also serves as an adjunct professor at Bay Path College in Nonprofit Management and a research associate for the Smith College Project for Social Change.

For 15 years, her firm Changemaker Strategies has guided organizations through growth, leadership transitions, succession planning, and strategic agenda development. Previously, she served as Interim CEO at the Tides Foundation (2019-2020), mobilizing $1.3 billion in 2020. Earlier, at the Women's Sports Foundation, her team raised $70 million over 15 years to support women's leadership and equal access to sports.

Tuti authored Moving Money for Impact: A Guide to Investing with a Gender Lens (2021) and Money, Gender and Power – A Guide to Funding with a Gender Lens (2019). She speaks on topics encouraging people to explore money beliefs, strengthen financial literacy, and navigate investing and giving journeys with confidence. Growing up working-class in rural New Hampshire and "jumping class" through basketball, she brings lived experience as a lesbian feminist, gender avenger, and anti-racist ally.
