Do It Scared - Workshop
Do It Scared is a 3-hour creative workshop to connect with what excites you, understand what holds you back, and act on it.
Through guided reflection, prompted creative writing, and conversation, you’ll explore your interests and desires, as well as address blockers that keep you away from them. You'll choose one idea that feels meaningful, and turn it into a small, realistic 7-day experiment to complete.

Who It's For
People navigating career uncertainty, change, or a pull towards something new. Do It Scared is for you if you are postponing something that matters to you because of fear, doubt, or overthinking. If you are looking for clarity and sensing that clarity might come through action. If you're interested in many different things but struggling to choose where to begin.
What You'll Leave With
A clearer sense of what feels alive, one idea to explore, and a concrete seven-day experiment.
Why Now
The way we live and work is shifting, old paths feel less certain, and many of us are quietly reconsidering what comes next.
Clarity often follows action. Do It Scared is an invitation to stop waiting until you feel completely ready, and create a way to begin.
About the host
I'm Xenia. I’ve spent years building partnerships and communities in tech, while also exploring meditation, yoga, and reflective practices.
I’m navigating a transition of my own, and Do It Scared grew from the questions, tools, and resources that have helped me move through periods of uncertainty and transformation.
Do It Scared is the kind of honest, supportive space I’ve needed myself: one where we can listen more closely to what matters, explore what is holding us back, and find the courage to make something real.
