Home Care Intensive Series | Peer & Practice
The Peer and Practice Intensive is a one-day in-person working session built for home care owners doing $1M–$6M in revenue, the range where agencies get stuck between founder-run and truly scalable.
It opens the evening before with a peer reception: owners meet each other through a structured exercise that surfaces the real challenges each agency is bringing into the room, so the working day itself opens with trust instead of introductions.
From there, the day moves through three working sessions:
Leadership & Delegation gives owners a repeatable framework for role clarity and decision rights, ending with a mapped decision-rights matrix and a script for the next hard delegation conversation.
Office Protocols & Accountability tackles the systems most agencies never build, the ones that make a good hire perform like a great one.
Gamified Incentives & Reward/Recognition gives owners a playbook for the metrics that actually move growth, paired with a personalized reward system owners can announce to their team before they've even left Dallas.
20 seats available for October 19–20.
Co-led by Leslie Waddell, who spent nearly 14 years building leadership and training systems inside BrightStar Care and Comfort Keepers, and Jordan Kandt of Momentum Healthcare & Technology Consulting, a certified small business consultant who's spent close to a decade coaching home care owners nationwide on intake and team performance.
This is the perfect event for you if:
You're doing $1M–$6M in annual revenue, and growth has stalled somewhere you can't quite name.
You run 1 to 5 locations (most of the room will be running 1–3) — big enough to need real systems, small enough that you still feel every hire personally.
Your service line is personal care, private pay — this isn't built for skilled/medical lines or centralized intake models.
Your name is still on more seats in the org chart than you'd like it to be.
You've got a team, but not the tracking to know who on it is actually driving results.
You'd rather spend the day working the problem with other owners who've been exactly where you are.
We are excited to see you there!
