Spicy Sunday: Your Erotic Self π₯
βHere's a question most of us have never really been asked: What is the erotic, anyway? Not sex. Not what's "hot." The erotic. The deeper thing. We don't talk about it much. We don't have language for it. And when we try to describe it, we realise pretty quickly that every woman frames her erotic self completely differently, and almost none of us have ever been given the space to figure out what it means for us.
βThis Sunday, we're making that space. In the park!
βTogether, we'll explore what your erotic self actually is, with reflection exercises, sharing circles (where you share as much or as little as you want to), and some really good journaling prompts you can take home with you. No right answers. No performance. Just an honest, curious look at the part of you most of us have never been properly introduced to!
βWhat is Spicy Sundays?
βBetter than church, and way more honest. Spicy Sundays is a monthly outdoor gathering in a local park in Lausanne where we talk about sex, desire, and intimacy out loud, in the sun, like it's no big deal. Because it shouldn't be.
βBring a blanket, bring your curiosity, and leave the awkwardness at the gate.
βSeptember's theme: Discovering Your Erotic Self
βHere's something worth knowing before we start: The erotic isn't just sex. Audre Lorde, who wrote one of the most important essays on this, called it "an assertion of the life force of women, of that creative energy empowered." It's your inner wellspring of feeling, power, and pleasure. Your compass for what lights you up, in and out of the bedroom. And for most of us, it's been buried under decades of being told to be smaller, quieter, less.
βThis Sunday, we're getting curious about all of it. What your erotic self looks and feels like to you. What you've always been a little drawn to but never said out loud. The simple, everyday ways back to her: through your body, through movement, through your voice, through pleasure, through rest.
βYou'll leave with new clarity, new questions, and journaling prompts to keep exploring on your own time.
βThe vibe?
βWarm. Shame-free. Playful. There will be laughter. There will be quiet "oh, I never thought of it that way" moments. There will be zero judgment, zero pressure to share, and a whole lot of curiosity. You'll leave with a few new threads to pull on in your own time, and probably wanting to text every woman you love.
βWho this is for:
βWomen who are curious. All experience levels welcome. Whether you've been doing this kind of self-inquiry for years or you're just starting to wonder what's actually underneath all the noise, you belong here.
