CSS Fundamentals | Engineering Workshop | Week 4

​This is the fourth session of our 8 week Web Development Workshop series. In this session, we will dive into CSS, the language used to style and visually enhance web pages. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to give your websites a polished, professional look.

​Topics:

• ​Introduction to CSS and its purpose

• ​Understanding CSS syntax and selectors

• ​Applying basic CSS properties (color, font, margin, padding)

• ​How to link CSS to your HTML files

• ​Styling a simple webpage for hands-on practice

• ​Using Git to commit CSS changes

​This workshop will be highly practical, so please bring a laptop (A laptop will be provided if you don't have one).

​The session is designed for beginners who have attended previous sessions or have a basic grasp of HTML and web concepts. As always, this workshop is FREE to attend.
