​Week 8: Project Week and Deployment
This is the final session of our 8 week Intro to Web Development Workshop series. In this concluding week, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned by planning, building, and deploying your very own portfolio website.

​Topics:

• ​Planning and structuring a personal portfolio website

• ​Applying HTML and CSS skills to create a responsive, professional portfolio

• ​Incorporating a CSS framework into your project

• ​Using Git for version control throughout the development process

• ​Exploring deployment options (GitHub Pages, Netlify, Vercel)

• ​Deploying your portfolio website live

• ​Final project showcase and discussion of next steps in your web development journey

​This hands-on session requires a laptop (a laptop will be provided if needed).

​This workshop is designed for participants who have attended previous sessions or are comfortable with the fundamentals of web development. As always, this workshop is FREE to attend.
