Discover the 7 key steps to building a business: identifying a problem, developing a solution, understanding the market, planning, legal compliance, financial management, and branding.
Explore real societal problems and validate them through research and customer interviews.
Begin building their vision board, including defining the business name, problem, solution, target market, sales strategy, and 12-month goals.
Examine existing businesses to draw inspiration and learn what works.
