About Event

Across countries and cultures, mental health systems are under unprecedented strain. Despite advances in pharmacology and service delivery, many systems remain fragmented, overly mechanistic, impersonal, and disconnected from the human experience they aim to serve.

This session explores a grounded, practical response to that challenge: the careful integration of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as a coherence-restoring intervention within existing mental health infrastructures.

Ketamine is presented as the first scalable, regulated, and legally available neuroplasticity-enabling psychotherapeutic medicine—one that can serve as a practical entry point for responsibly introducing this emerging class of treatments into mainstream care, when embedded in ethical, relational, multidisciplinary models.

Drawing on parallel work in the UK and the United States, this session examines how coherence can be experienced directly, trained ethically, and integrated responsibly within public and professional systems—without losing depth of care, and clinical integrity.

Speakers:

Paul Stamets, Mycologist, author, and educator on mushrooms, ecology, and neuro-regenerative potential.

David Erritzoe, Clinical Associate Professor, Imperial College London. Director, Centre for Psychedelic Research and NHS CIPPRes Clinic.

Peter Corbett, LICSW, Founder and Executive Director, KAPstone Clinics (USA).
