Cannabis-Infused Yoga, Breathwork, and Journaling (Giraffes & Kinn-Only)

​The Grateful Giraffes are excited to go on an adventure deep within and explore our inner world, together.

​Sunday, January 14th, we'll begin with an optional edible ceremony, infusing a yin yoga, breathwork, journaling, and small group conversation flow with the support of the green goddess.

​Please bring your own yoga mat, and choose your donation based on whether you'll need a journal, cannabis, and food/ beverage.

​Arrivals: 1:30-2:00pm

​Opening Cannabis Ceremony + Yoga Flow: 2:00-3:00pm

​DMT Breathwork + Vocal Activation: 3:00-3:30pm

​Guided Journaling: 3:30-4:00pm

​Self-Guided Integration in Small Groups: 4:00-4:30pm

​Closing & Refreshments: 4:30-5:00pm
