Speaker:

​Muhammad Farooq Sabir is a Senior Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS. He has over 20 years of experience working in Machine Learning and closely related fields. Before joining AWS in June 2020, he was a Lead Data Scientist at AT&T. He holds PhD and MS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Electronic Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. He is also an adjunct faculty at The University of Texas at Dallas, where he teaches a graduate course on Applied Machine Learning. He has authored and co-authored several refereed journal and conference articles, blogs, book chapters and a recently published book on Machine Learning and High Performance Computing
