The Brotherhood Workshop
Our Brotherhood Workshops are small, practical working sessions for men committed to becoming better in the parts of life that matter most.
Each half-day workshop combines focused teaching with significantly more time spent doing the work: assessing where you are, learning useful frameworks, discussing ideas with other men, working through exercises, and turning insight into action.
These are not lectures or theoretical exercises.
The goal is to leave clearer, more capable, and equipped to take meaningful action in an important area of your life—and to understand how progress in that area strengthens your life as a whole.
Topics will span Fitness, Family, and Finance, including health, marriage, fatherhood, wealth, business, habits, leadership, identity, purpose, planning, and more.
What to expect:
Approximately 4 hours
Roughly 1/3 teaching + 2/3 doing and discussion
Practical frameworks, exercises, and tools
A tangible plan, assessment, scorecard, or set of commitments whenever possible
Approximately 30 days of follow-through and integration support
Healthy snacks, coffee, and refreshments
A shared meal afterward whenever the format allows
Each workshop is intentionally limited to a max of 10 men so the room stays personal, participatory, and useful.
Workshops are led by Alex White and Matt Gartland, sometimes alongside invited subject-matter experts.
Each session stands on its own. If the topic speaks to something important in your life, request to join.
