Girls Leuven It Up

All paid and pay-what-you-can bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another event, date or credit.

This applies if you can no longer attend for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption, late arrival or a no-show.

For pay-what-you-can tickets, the amount selected at checkout is treated as the ticket price and is subject to the same policy.

Refunds will only be issued if GLIU cancels the event.

Join us for a beginner-friendly, instructor-led mat Pilates class in a GLIU group ✨

The full-body flow will focus on controlled movement, core strength, stability, mobility and stretching. No previous Pilates experience is needed.

Please bring your own mat, water bottle and comfortable clothes.

Girls Leuven It Up is an independent social club launched in June 2026 to bring women in their 20s and 30s together through fun-first activities where friendships can form naturally 💙

GLIU is run by one organiser as a passion project, with support from a small team of volunteers who help events go smoothly on the day.

GLIU Reformer Pilates & More Circle

Start your Sunday mornings with movement, coffee and a familiar group of faces.

Across four weeks in January, the same group of 14 women will meet for a private, beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class. Each session will help you gradually develop your technique, ability and confidence on the Reformer.

After class, we’ll continue over coffee and something sweet, giving everyone time to chat, unwind and properly get to know one another.

Your €99 Circle membership includes

* Four private beginner Reformer Pilates classes
* Coffee or another hot drink after every class
* A sweet treat after every class
* Your place within the same small cohort of 14 women
* Access to a private Circle group chat for updates and staying connected

No previous Reformer Pilates experience is required.

Reformer Pilates will take place from approximately 10:00–11:00, followed by coffee and a sweet treat until approximately 13:00.

The listed dates, times and arrangements are provisional, subject to finalisation and may change depending on studio and instructor availability.

This is one complete four-week membership rather than individual drop-in sessions. Places require approval and are only confirmed once payment has been completed.
