The September Reset
The September Reset
Step back, choose what matters, and design your next 30 days.
September has a way of feeling like a second January.
Summer ends. Routines return. Work picks up. And before you know it, your calendar is full again and you're trying to do too many things at once.
Transition moments like this are a useful time to pause, zoom out, and ask:
What matters now?
About This Workshop
The September Reset is a free, live 75-minute workshop to help you take stock of your life and choose one meaningful focus for the month ahead.
During this workshop, I'll guide you through a simple Wheel of Life exercise to look across the different areas of your life and notice:
What's going well
What might need more attention
What you're already giving enough to
What matters most right now
Then we'll choose one area to focus on for the next 30 days and turn it into a simple intention or experiment.
Who This Is For
This workshop is for you if:
You feel busy, scattered, or pulled in too many directions
You have plenty you could focus on, but aren't sure what deserves your attention
Summer knocked you out of your normal rhythm
You want to head into autumn feeling more intentional about where your attention goes
You'd benefit from an hour away from the noise to think about the bigger picture
Just show up as you are. We'll work through it together.
What We'll Do
During our 75 minutes together, you'll:
Zoom out and take stock of how life feels right now
Complete a guided Wheel of Life across the major areas of your life
Choose one area that deserves your attention now
Decide what you're willing to deprioritize or let be “good enough”
Turn your focus into a simple 30-day intention or experiment
What You'll Leave With
By the end of the workshop, you'll have:
A clearer picture of how life feels right now
A better sense of what actually deserves your attention
One meaningful focus for the next 30 days
A simple way to act on that focus in real life
Before you optimize your calendar, decide what deserves your attention.
That's what we'll do together.
What to Bring
A pen, something to write on, and some time to think.
No prep required.
Make yourself a coffee or tea, find somewhere comfortable, and join us live.
I'd love to see you there.
