We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Boston for another in-person gathering this summer.
Following a thoughtful and highly engaged first meetup earlier this year, we’re continuing the conversation with a new group of Chiefs of Staff and operators across the Boston area.

This informal, in-person meetup is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for meaningful discussion, peer connection, and shared learning around the evolving realities of the role.
Our previous gathering sparked thoughtful conversations around how Chiefs of Staff are using AI in their work and how the role itself is evolving inside modern organizations. We’ll continue exploring those themes while creating space for new perspectives and fresh faces to join the discussion.
There’s no rigid agenda — just a welcoming environment for operators to exchange ideas, compare experiences, and connect with peers navigating similar challenges.

Who is this event for?
This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
