We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Mumbai for our second meetup following the launch of the India chapter.

Rather than a traditional presentation, we’ll use real operating examples as the starting point for a practitioner-led roundtable. A few participants will share a strategy or initiative they had to execute, including:
