Boston CoS Meetup (Wed, Sep 16)
We're excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Boston for another morning of thoughtful conversation and peer connection.
Following a series of engaging meetups this year, we're continuing to build a strong community of Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across the Boston area.
A special thank you to Emily Glasgow for hosting and helping grow the Boston Chief of Staff community.
Date & Time: Wednesday, September 16, 2026
Location: Shared upon confirmation of attendance
Our last meetup sparked a candid discussion around one of the biggest questions Chiefs of Staff face: when is it time to move on, and how do you find the right next opportunity? The depth of conversation reinforced the value of bringing together operators who can openly share experiences, challenges, and lessons learned.
This meetup continues that spirit. There’s no formal presentation or panel, just a curated group of Chiefs of Staff and operators coming together to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and build meaningful relationships with peers who understand the realities of the role.
What to expect
A casual, welcoming environment
Meaningful conversations with fellow Chiefs of Staff and operators
Peer discussions around the challenges and opportunities of the role
Opportunities to exchange ideas, experiences, and best practices
Coffee, light refreshments, and new connections
Who is this event for?
This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders' Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
If you're interested in connecting with other operators and helping shape the growing Boston Chief of Staff community, we'd love to have you join us.
Attendance will be capped to keep the group intimate and discussion-oriented — please RSVP to save your spot.
