​We crunched the forum's onboarding responses into a first-look benchmark — how Chiefs of Staff are actually sizing AI spend, where the budget lives, and what they wish they'd planned for. We'll spend 15 minutes on the data, then open the floor: centralized vs. distributed ownership, the methods peers use to defend a number to finance, and a candid "what broke" round.
