We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Berlin for a summer happy hour.
Following a series of great gatherings this year, we're continuing to build a strong community of Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across Berlin and the broader German ecosystem.

This informal, in-person gathering is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for an evening of relaxed conversation, networking, and community-building.
Whether you're currently serving as a Chief of Staff, supporting senior leadership, or operating in a strategy, operations, or business leadership role, this is an opportunity to connect with peers who understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with operating at the center of an organization.
There’s no formal agenda — just good conversations, new connections, and the chance to exchange ideas with fellow operators in a welcoming environment.

Who is this event for?
This event is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
