We're excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Dubai and across the GCC for our next virtual gathering.
Following a thoughtful and highly engaging launch session, we're continuing to build a community of Chiefs of Staff and senior operators who can learn from one another, share challenges, and build meaningful connections across the region.

This virtual roundtable is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators across the UAE and GCC region for a focused, peer-driven discussion.
Our first session proved that meaningful conversations don't require large groups. The discussion covered everything from executive focus and strategic prioritization to the realities of balancing reactive demands with long-term initiatives. We're looking forward to continuing those conversations and welcoming new voices into the community.
We'll keep the same interactive roundtable format, with discussion shaped by the real challenges participants are facing today. As part of registration, you'll have the opportunity to share a question or challenge you'd like to discuss with the group.
