Frankfurt Chief of Staff Meetup (Nov 19)
The Chief of Staff Network (COSN) Frankfurt chapter is back for its second gathering, bringing together Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, and the wider Rhine-Main region.
Our September launch evening was a great start: the conversation took off immediately and the last guests only left at 10pm. Everyone was keen to do it again, so here we are!

This informal, in-person gathering is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for a relaxed evening of conversation, connection, and community-building.
Two themes came up again and again at our last meetup, and we'd love to dig into them further this time:
Organising CoS work: how to manage your own task list when everything arrives unstructured across very different projects
Using AI in practice: how people are actually using AI in the role without ending up with an even more fragmented setup
There's no formal agenda, just open networking and candid conversations about operating in and alongside the Chief of Staff role. Whether you joined us in September or this is your first COSN event, you're very welcome.

Who is this event for?
This event is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders' Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
