Executive Roundtable on Project Performance & Delivery
Held alongside Project Controls Expo UK, this invitation-only executive roundtable, hosted by the Project Management Institute's Giga Projects focus, brings together a select group of senior leaders responsible for the delivery, governance, and performance of major capital projects and programmes.
Designed as a highly curated discussion for approximately 20 participants, the session will convene C-suite executives, programme directors, heads of project controls, PMO leaders, infrastructure owners, contractors, consultants, and technology innovators attending Project Controls Expo.
