As several people could only join on Friday, Katie has booked us a private room at a restaurant near Shinjuku South exit! (Exact location will be announced the day before)

To support us in this being a successful and smooth event, we greatly appreciate the following:

Please prepare around 5-7000 yen in cash for the set course and any drinks you will enjoy. (4400 yen course w/tax inclusive, 550 yen table fee, drinks at cost)

This room can only seat 16 people at the very maximum so we appreciate if you can register in advance so we can best manage attendance, send reminders and notifications in the days before the event and there are no disappointments in the event that this fully books.

If you need to cancel, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that Katie can contact anyone waitlisted to see if they are able to take the place.
