▶️ Agong Rock阿公头
▶️ Transformer 石叠石变形金刚
▶️ Mossy 苔藓森林
▶️ Sand band 沙滩
▶️ Red water pool 红水小溪

❗登山鞋（❌ 禁止穿跑鞋或运动鞋）
❗雨衣与急救毯
❗食物与 3 公升饮用水
❗个人药品
❗头灯
✅能量胶与盐丸
