Circling. Sunday Community Activities [Members +1]

​​Circling is pretty hard to explain (best to experience it) but here are some pointers:

​​- You don't need to know anything, just bring your present self and reflect to us what's alive in you

​​- circling may sound like a conversation at times, but it’s fundamentally an embodiment and meditation practice, where the object of your attention is your experience in connection with others. you can be silent embody feelings or impulses nonverbally / name things (thoughts, emotions, sensations and other aspects of your experience…) find a flow through all of that

​​- we’ll have some warmup exercises, but the main practice happens in lightly held unstructured spaces, inviting you to step into your self-leadership self-authorship self-ownership

​​- it could be therapeutic, but it’s officially not therapy and also it can be somewhat disorienting
