Resting Into Your Winter Womb
Some weeks you want to do nothing at all. Stay in bed, under the covers, for days if you could.
But the list keeps talking, so you get up anyway. And the wish to stop waits underneath it all.
That wish is your body speaking. In Ayurveda, early winter is the season for deep rest and building reserves.
And deep rest doesn't have to mean hiding under the covers for days. There is a way to rest that happens inside the body, in the breath, the belly, the womb, and it is yours to take home.
In this 90-minute online womb circle, I'll guide you through a somatic rest practice, lying down or sitting. We'll breathe and bring warmth to the womb or pelvic space, together with women resting from their own homes around the world.
You don't have to do anything at all. You can share, or simply listen. There is nothing to perform.
Whether you bleed every month, irregularly or not at all, or are years beyond your last bleed: you are welcome here.
