​e7 Generation Women’s Dialogue

​In celebration of Emirati Women’s Day 2026, the e7 Generation Women’s Dialogue brings together women across the wider community including leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, educators, mentors, volunteers, changemakers, ecosystem enablers and institutional partners, alongside our young women at the heart of e7.

​Under the theme of " We Emerge Stronger and Better" the Women's Dialogue offers an open and meaningful conversation on leadership, ambition, entrepreneurship, education and the opportunities we create for women and the next generation.

​e7 Banat Guests speakers will share their experiences, aspirations and the realities behind their journeys, joined by the women and organisations who have helped open doors, create opportunities and champion their growth.

​This is a space to exchange ideas, hear different perspectives, build meaningful connections and explore how each of us can contribute to the future of women in the UAE.
