Join us for an easy and energising lunch walk through Vondelpark during Mental Health Week.
Sometimes the best way to reset your mind is surprisingly simple:
get outside, move your body, and have a good conversation while walking together.
This Walk & Talk is all about keeping things approachable and low threshold. No pressure, no performance, no networking agenda. Just good people, fresh air, movement, and genuine connection.
Because moving and connecting are two core fundamentals for mental wellbeing, we wanted to create a moment where both come together naturally.
Whether you want to meet new people, clear your head, reflect, recharge, or simply enjoy a walk outside, you’re more than welcome to join.
We’ll start with a relaxed lunch walk that is accessible for everyone.
