

Chillathalon #1 - The bike part
This is part 1 of our first chillathalon (aka a chill triathalon) - a chill morning event series where you'll bike, walk, and swim!

We start the day biking down High Park to Humber Bay park and back to High Park (Coffee and All that Jazz).
We will get to see some gorgeous views of the city skyline from Etobicoke and get pictures!
To keep up with the spirit of triathalon I will try to make the bike ride ~10km long (The Super sprint distance).
We will end at coffee and all that Jazz on Roncy for coffee and mindful miles walk.

If you are taking a city bike, make sure to arrive at 5:50 to ensure you can find one in time.
Note - This is the first leg of our chillathalon. This event will be followed by a walk in High Park and then end with a leisure swim at Sunnyside Gus Ryder Outdoor Pool.
