Coming up on 6 years in the workforce, Chelsea brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience—spanning a Master of Professional Studies in CEA from Cornell University, vertical farming roles at Fifth Season, and greenhouse growing at Eden Green Technology. Having recently navigated these exact mindset shifts, she is excited to share her perspective and hear from other women at all stages of their careers.
