OpenAI @ CSUF: Enhancing Hackathon Workflows with AI

​The ChatGPT Lab is a program at OpenAI where students experiment with how ChatGPT can help with their daily lives and on April 19th, we’re bringing these learnings to California State University, Fullerton. This event is a part of ChatGPT Lab week where Labs will be hosted across 45+ campuses across the US and Canada.

​This particular event will be centered on enhancing the hackathon workflow and creative building. During the session, we’ll explore a few live examples of how students are using ChatGPT for planning workflows with ChatGPT Connectors, utilizing Deep Research for event planning, and more, then open up a conversation around how others in the community are utilizing AI.

​Expect a relaxed, peer-led show-and-tell — not a lecture. Whether you’re curious, skeptical, or already using AI a lot, this is a chance to see practical ideas, hear different perspectives, and think more intentionally about what AI could look like in this community and our daily lives.
