Tea, teaware & gongfu brewing
An approachable introduction to Chinese tea and the tools traditionally used to brew it.
We’ll taste three different teas, get to know the gaiwan and other Chinese teaware, and explore gongfu-style brewing together. No previous tea knowledge needed.
