From Wednesday, September 9, to Friday, September 11, 2026, we'll open our portone in the hilltop village of Altino, Italy, for an intimate masterclass unlike any we've hosted before.
This is not a conference or a lecture series. It is a working retreat—an opportunity for thoughtful dialogue, practical learning, and meaningful conversation in the place where the Sirolli family's work has evolved across generations.
What We'll Explore Together
Over two and a half days, rather than focusing on theory alone, we'll work through real situations and real questions. Together we'll explore whether you're building a business, leading an organization, supporting economic development, or simply reflecting on what's next in your own work, you'll have the opportunity to experience facilitation firsthand and examine your own challenges in conversation with Ernesto and fellow participants.
Just as valuable as the content will be the people in the room We'll bring together founders, practitioners, professionals, social investors, public sector leaders, and purpose-driven builders from different sectors and countries. You'll learn not only from the Sirolli methodology, but from one another's questions, experiences, and perspectives.

The Setting
Palazzo Sirolli
Home to seven generations of the Sirolli family, Palazzo Sirolli overlooks the Sangro Valley toward the Adriatic Sea, with the Maiella National Park rising behind it.
It offers the time, space, and setting to step away from daily demands and engage deeply with ideas about enterprise, management, sustainability, and the human conditions that allow people and organizations to flourish.
Our aim is for you to return home with a clearer understanding of how principles can be applied within your own ecosystem, along with the confidence, language, and practical insight to create meaningful and lasting change. In keeping with our philosophy, this event has been created in direct response to the many requests we've received for deeper training.

We will work primarily in English. Italian and Spanish training materials will be available, and participants interested in continuing their learning in Italian will have the opportunity to join a digital course to be scheduled in November.

Getting Here
The nearest airports are Pescara (PSR) and Rome (FCO). Train connections are available to Pescara, and transportation from Pescara or Rome to Altino can be arranged for an additional fee. If you're driving, the journey through the Abruzzo countryside is part of the experience.
