About The Panelists
Xan Coffman (@mybabysleepology) is the founder of MyBaby Sleepology, a nationally recognized pediatric sleep consulting company known for its youthful, relatable approach and high-touch support. With a decade of experience and a team of ten consultants, she has guided thousands of families toward healthier sleep. Xan is deeply passionate about helping parents and their children reclaim rest and confidence through practical, sustainable solutions.
Dr. Kravitz (@dr.amandakravitz) works as a general pediatrician for Weill Cornell Medicine on the Upper West Side. She graduated with honors from University of Michigan, where she studied Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She then earned her medical degree at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine in Boca Raton, Florida, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. She completed her pediatric residency training at Columbia University Medical Center/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital in New York City prior to joining the Weill Cornell team. Dr. Kravitz also creates educational content on TikTok and Instagram, where she has gained a growing following for her approachable videos on common pediatric topics including vaccines, developmental milestones, and everyday childhood health concerns. She recently appeared on CBS Mornings Plus.
Lucie Fink (@luciebfink) is a powerhouse content creator, host, and storyteller whose creative vision has reached millions across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasting. Known for her inventive editing style, thoughtful narratives, and ability to make complex topics feel approachable, Lucie has built a career partnering with some of the world’s biggest brands while cultivating a highly engaged community. Her work spans lifestyle, personal growth, creativity, and career, now with motherhood woven authentically into the mix. As a mom of two, Lucie brings humor, honesty, and nuance to conversations about modern parenting, all while continuing to champion women as they evolve, reinvent, and show up fully as themselves.
