Young Entrepreneur Fair
What if your child ran their first real business — this summer?
The Young Entrepreneurs Fair is a one-of-a-kind community event where kids ages 9–15 set up their own booth, sell their own product, and experience what it truly feels like to be an entrepreneur — all in one exciting morning.
This is not a school project. This is the real thing.
What happens on the day
Each young entrepreneur arrives with their product, sets up their own booth, and opens for business.
Real customers. Real transactions. Real pride.
From handmade jewelry and crocheted animals to watercolor prints, slime, sports card collections, and digital designs — every booth is different, and every child gets to shine.
What's included with your $25 booth fee
Your own table and chair
Event promotion (flyers, social media, local outreach)
Support from our team on the day
A first entrepreneurial experience your child will never forget
Want extra support? Join our prep workshops
Optional hands-on workshops in May and June help kids develop their idea, create their product, and learn the basics of pricing and selling — with confidence.
About the organizer
This fair is organized by Marie Barbezieux Rousselle, local Larchmont mom and founder of Kidpreneur and Little Ecologists — enrichment programs running in local schools and in Manhattan. The idea was born from her own daughters, who one summer asked to set up a lemonade stand and garage sale — and never looked back.
