The Inner Startup

​The Inner Startup is a 90 minute experience designed for founders, innovators, and creative teams who want to strengthen clarity, resilience, and decision-making from the inside out. Co-hosted by Mindful Kookaburra and Three Jewels NYC, this session combines practical mindset tools with accessible meditation to help participants transform the way they work, lead, and create. International teacher Hector Marcel, President of Three Jewels in New York, leads the session. Hector works globally with founders and organisations to show how perception shapes performance, why stress and self-doubt quietly sabotage outcomes, and how inner transformation becomes a powerful lever for innovation.
