​There is no better way to launch a week dedicated to our planet than by grounding ourselves in hope, strategy and community.

​Join Future Climate Collective, Lewis & Clark Law School and its Green Energy Institute, as well as Electrify Oregon, for a day of “Empowering Local Climate Action: Education, Policy and Practice" in person or via livestream.

​The day begins at 9:00 am with a live artist rendering of our vision for the future, followed by a day of panels and workshops focused on local opportunities. Our keynote at 5:30 features Graham Zimmerman, an alpinist, filmmaker, author, and climate activist with Protect Our Winters about the value of storytelling in climate action.
