Some of the biggest breakthroughs happen when you finally step away from the noise long enough to hear yourself again.
That's the intention behind Camp Collective — an intimate, intentional women's leadership retreat taking place November 13–15, 2026 at Vanderkamp in Cleveland, New York. Learn more.
Equal parts strategy and restoration, this weekend is designed for women who are ready to rest, reflect, reconnect with their vision, and begin building the plan to bring it to life.
We are keeping this experience small on purpose. The energy of the room matters, and we want every woman there to feel it.
THE ITINERARY (Rough Schedule)
Friday
9:00–10:00 AM — Arrival, coffee & light bites
10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Community building
12:00–1:30 PM — Lunch
1:30–3:00 PM — Hike
3:00–4:30 PM — Rest, Reflect & Rise Session (breathwork & meditation)
4:30–5:00 PM — Break
5:00–6:00 PM — Dinner
6:00–7:00 PM — Chillax time or activity
7:00–8:00 PM — Sauna &/or cold plunge with the gals
8:00 PM — Bonfire (with s'mores, of course)
Saturday
7:00 AM — Optional cold plunge to start the day
7:30–9:00 AM — Breakfast
9:00–10:00 AM — Hike
10:30 AM–12:00 PM — Workshop led by Alex: Vision & Intention Setting
12:00–1:30 PM — Execution planning
1:30–2:30 PM — Lunch
2:30–3:30 PM — Break
3:30–5:00 PM — Crafting
5:00–6:30 PM — Dinner
6:30–7:30 PM — Sauna &/or cold plunge with the gals
7:30 PM — Bonfire (with s'mores, of course)

🌲 What is First Ascent?
In mountaineering, a First Ascent is the first successful, documented climb to the summit of a mountain — the moment someone goes where no one has gone before and makes it to the top.
It sounds triumphant. And it is. But it's also lonely. Confusing. Scary. There's no map, no one ahead of you to follow, and no guarantee the path you're forging is the right one.
Sound familiar?
First Ascent is for the women who are already out there going first. Building something before anyone else believes in it. Leading in rooms where they're the only one who looks like them, thinks like them, or moves like them. Doing the hard, brave, often invisible work of being first.
This retreat is their chance to step away from the noise, get around women who actually get it, gain clarity on where they're headed, and come back down the mountain with a plan.
First Ascent guests are the women who step forward before anyone else — who believe in the vision early, claim their spot before the public launch, and help shape the energy of the entire experience.
Being a First Ascent guest means:
⛰️ A special rate ($1,350) — the lowest rate this retreat will ever be offered ($500 deposit to lock in your spot, $850 due later). Payment plans available — reach out to us directly to explore one.
⛰️ Room selection at Vanderkamp (General Access guests will not be able to select their room)
⛰️ An invitation to complete our First Ascent intake form and join a collaborative planning call with our team before we finalize the itinerary. Your voice will directly shape the weekend experience.

Once First Ascent spots are gone, here's what pricing looks like for everyone else:
VIP Boathouse Experience — $1,995 (private 2-bedroom waterfront lodging, full access to the main house, plus a special elevated welcome gift)
Solo Room — $1,675 (private room, full retreat access)
Shared Room in Grace — $1,350 per person

Because of the intimate nature of this retreat, First Ascent access is by approval only. Here's how it works:
Request your ticket on this page (free — approval required)
Submit your deposit via the secure QuickBooks payment link below to secure your spot and lock in your First Ascent rate
Receive approval — once your deposit is confirmed, you'll be personally approved and welcomed into the First Ascent cohort
VIP Status — First Ascent guests won't just be the first to know. You'll have a direct say in our programming plans and help us shape an experience that truly serves you. As we finalize the agenda, logistics, and all the details, you'll be personally admitted to the full Camp Collective event page as a VIP — with a locked-in member rate waiting for you when it's time to pay your remaining balance.
Please note: your $500 deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable, and secures your priority placement and locked-in rate. Final pricing and full event details will be shared with First Ascent guests before the public launch in August.

Only 6 First Ascent spots are available. This is intentional. Once they are gone, the next opportunity to register will be through General Admission at a higher rate when Camp Collective opens to the public.
