That's the intention behind Camp Collective - an intimate, intentional women's leadership retreat taking place November 13–15, 2026 at Vanderkamp in Cleveland, New York. Some of the biggest breakthroughs happen when you finally step away from the noise long enough to hear yourself again.
Equal parts strategy and restoration, this weekend is designed for women who are ready to rest, reflect, reconnect with their vision, and begin building the plan to bring it to life.
The Venue
Vanderkamp is a Wilderness Retreat set on 850 remote acres in Upstate New York. The mission driving Vanderkamp is to cultivate unique, immersive, and supremely hospitable experiences that inspire people to discover the joy of connecting to the natural world.
Every lodge and gathering place is intentionally designed to help the guest immerse within the different elements of Vanderkamp.
Your Lodging Experience
For this retreat, we've chosen two very special lodges that will allow you to select the experience that is right for you.
Grace Manor was designed specifically with retreats in mind. The shared space inspires community and connection, with special amenities to give you the feeling of luxury and modern convenience all while immersing you in the remote atmosphere at Vanderkamp.
If you enjoy having a roommate we have a few shared room options available, or, when you select the solo room option, you'll be placed in one of the en suite bedrooms where you can experience a community atmosphere while still enjoying your own private space.

If you prefer a bit of a quieter environment, our VIP Boathouse experience offers more private lodging at The Boathouse. A two-bedroom lodge with a shared bathroom, this is a perfect option for those who still want community but a bit more seclusion. Each bedroom has lake access with a sliding door that opens right onto the waterfront deck.

7:00 AM: Optional cold plunge to start the day
