Hosted by CNY Women’s Network, the 2027 CNY Women's Summit marks six years of bringing ambitious women across Central New York together to learn, grow, and build relationships that move their careers, businesses, and lives forward.
For 2027, we’re going back to our roots and reimagining the Summit around what our community needs most: real connection.
That means more accessibility, opportunities for intentional conversation, a greater emphasis on networking and community-building, and less focus on stage content.
Our vision is a Central New York where ambitious women don’t have to leave the region to find the mentorship, connection, and opportunity that move a career or business forward. They can find it right here, at one table.
Because being in the right room matters. But being able to sit at the table, ask the question, meet the mentor, and actually get to know the woman next to you is where things start to move.
Less time sitting in rows. More time at the table.
What to Expect at the 2027 CNY Women’s Summit
Hundreds of women professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers from across Central New York will come together for an immersive afternoon and evening of connection, mentorship, conversation, and celebration.
This year, you’ll have more freedom to build your own Summit experience through:
An inspiring keynote delivered by 1 local woman who has forged her own path in business and career
One-on-one mentor conversations
Facilitated group roundtable discussions
Interactive brand activations and vendor experiences
Intentional opportunities to network and engage with professional women from across Central New York
Exciting raffles and a silent auction to benefit local women and girls
A celebratory Champagne Toast to wrap up the Summit

Summit Content & Sessions
Breakout Sessions & Roundtable Conversations
This year, we’re moving away from a Summit built primarily around watching conversations happen on a stage.
Instead, our roundtables are designed to bring you into the conversation.
Facilitated small-group discussions will create space to ask questions, share perspectives, learn from women with different experiences, and connect around the topics affecting our careers, businesses, leadership, finances, health, and lives.
Roundtable topics and facilitators will be announced as they are confirmed.
Speed Mentoring
Sometimes the conversation that moves you forward doesn’t need an hour.
It needs the right person.
Our 2027 Summit Mentors will be available for one-on-one conversations during our speed mentoring sessions, giving attendees the opportunity to ask a question, talk through an idea, gain perspective, or connect directly with a woman whose experience can help them move forward.

Champagne Toast & Cocktail Hour
5:00–6:00 PM
We’ll bring everyone back together to close the Summit with good conversation, a special Champagne Toast, and time to celebrate the connections made throughout the afternoon.
Visit with vendors. Find out who won the juicy raffles and silent auction item. Make new friends and catch up with old ones over drinks & snacks.
Celebrating Her: Our 2026 Inspiring Woman
At the 2026 CNY Women’s Summit, we introduced the Inspiring Woman Award, created by CNY Women’s Network in partnership with presenting sponsor Nascentia Health.
The award honors a Central New York woman who leads with courage and vision while creating space for other women to rise.
We were honored to name Lisa Marie Newcomb as our inaugural recipient.
Lisa is the Founder and Wellness Facilitator at Thrive in Healing and Co-Founder of the Syracuse Yoga Collective.

Supper After Summit is a private, limited-capacity dinner experience available exclusively to CNY Women’s Network members and VIP Summit ticket holders.

Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, we encourage you to give your ticket to a friend or colleague.
Simply send us the name and email address of the person taking your place and someone from our team will update your registration.
