The Simple Stack: Systems Foundations Expert Pod — with Racquel Collard from Navitential

Join Racquel Collard, Founder & Chief Marketer from Navitential for this 2-part, small-group pod designed to help you go from idea to action.
By the end of these workshops you will have at least one recurring task taken off your plate for good — documented, automated, or delegated — plus a one-page map of your systems and a 90-day plan for the next one.
Who is this Pod best for?
Impact consultants and service-based founders whose business still runs on them — everything in their head, nothing written down, or a tangle of half-built tools eating their time. It's for founders who want capacity back, not another app to manage. Prerequisite: you already have a clear, sellable offer. You can't systemise a service that changes every time, so if your offer isn't defined yet, start with the Product Design Foundation pod first.
Note: Expert Pods happen on the first and third Thursdays of the month, at the same time for both sessions.
What to expect from Session 1
1. Map where your time actually goes and spot the tasks that are recurring, low-value, or only-you-can-do (the Time-Drain Audit)
2. Triage your most draining tasks: eliminate, automate, delegate, or keep
3. Choose the one system worth building first
What to expect from Session 2
1. Turn your first system into one that runs without you (your Core System + a single source of truth for it)
2. Run the Step-Away Test: find what would break if you took a month off, and what to fix first
3. Leave with a 90-day plan for the next one or two systems
Between sessions
Virtual Coworking sessions are available for those interested in accountability support. Hosted on the 3rd Thursday of the month, 10:30am - 12pm AEST, see your Slack channel for details and the link to add the reminder to your calendar.

If a ticket isn’t issued within 1-2 working days it means you have been added to a waitlist for this pod and you will be notified if we find you a space.
What's an Impact Collab Expert Pod?
Expert Pods are two-part, small group mentoring sessions, designed to help founders and organisational leaders build better systems for business, impact and/or wellbeing.
Facilitated by an Expert member from the Impact Collab, they are intimate, interactive, and personalised to your unique challenges, creating an environment for tailored advice, actionable feedback, accountability and growth.
How do they work?
Hosted during a single month, the pods are run as 2 x 1-hour online workshops, two weeks apart. The Workshops are interactive, with lots of Q&A, live feedback, and direct, tailored support.
At the end of Workshop 1, participants set a list of items to action or exercise. In Workshop 2, these items are reviewed, additional feedback is given, and next steps are provided. This is by far one of our most valuable knowledge and relationship-building programs in the community.

Cancellations and No Shows
Seats in the pods are extremely limited and our experts’ time is highly valuable so our cancellation policy is designed to reflect this.
If you are unable to attend your expert pod please email yaama@impactcollab.com.au as soon as possible to increase our chances of filling your seat.
If there are more than 7+ days until Workshop 1 your ticket will be re-released. No further action is needed and cancellation fees will not apply.
If there are less than 7 days until workshop 1, we will check the waitlist to see if we can find a replacement for your seat and best efforts will be made to fill your seat. If a replacement cannot be found, the following cancellation fees will apply. Both Sessions*: $30* | Session 2 only: $15.
You may also opt in for a $75, 30-min make up session for the following circumstances:
If you’ve missed session 1 to be able to join session 2
If you’ve only missed session 2
* Due to the private nature of the Expert Pods they will not be recorded. If you cannot attend session 1 then session 2 will be automatically forfeited if you do not do a makeup session.
