Stephanie Stevenson
Steph has built a career around turning complexity into clarity, drawing on over a decade of experience driving strategic initiatives and optimising processes across the tech and legal sectors. She has a proven track record of motivating teams, leading strategic planning cycles, and designing operational foundations that support sustainable growth.
In her most recent role, Steph redesigned core team structures, overhauled project management lifecycles, and implemented systems that significantly improved execution and visibility. She also manages critical funding renewals and develops new revenue streams through the commercialisation of data products.
Steph complements hands-on leadership with continuous learning. With an academic foundation in History and Law, she holds certifications in Prince 2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking, and most recently completed a certification in AI for the Legal Profession with Berkeley Law.
