Full registration fee will be refunded if canceled at least 5 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event. We encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague if you can't attend. If event organizers cancel or postpone the conference, registrants can choose to attend another event within the same calendar year or receive a full refund of their registration fee. Refunds will not be given for travel arrangements or other incidental expenses.

Contech Alliance, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event. We assume no liability if this conference is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that makes the conference impractical, illegal, or impossible. For this clause, a fortuitous event includes—but is not limited to—war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, or other emergencies.

While speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond our control may require changes. As such, Contech Alliance reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary, without any liability. We will update any substitutions or alterations on our website as soon as they're confirmed.
