COO Stories Breakfast: How do we evolve decision-making processes as we scale up?

Our monthly breakfast hosted by Ozone, where we'll do a deep dive on a thorny topic one or more of us is facing.

About this event

This month we have Amanda Green, Head of Operations at Unitary, bringing the topic:

How do we evolve decision-making processes as we scale up?

How can we scale from a consensus-based process for every decision made across the business to a faster, yet transparent and fair way of making decisions as a company?

£20 per person covers the cost of your breakfast.

We keep the groups small to ensure plain and open conversation. Spaces are limited; 10 per event, so don't forget to register!
