About Event

Executive coaching is often introduced when leaders face a challenge. But what if that’s already too late?

Join two experienced coaches from Toronto and Singapore for a 60-minute conversation exploring how executive coaching can move from a “nice to have” to a strategic part of leadership development.

We’ll discuss how culture, gender, language and organisational expectations shape our relationship with coaching, why leaders may hesitate to seek support, and what organisations can do differently to make coaching a meaningful driver of performance, growth and purpose.
