From public service to Paris: Gena Chieco is former lawyer and chief of staff turned conscious leadership coach, certified in Transitional Intelligence. She began her legal career serving both terms of the Obama Administration, before making a bold move to LA in 2017 to join a cleantech startup as General Counsel and Chief of Staff. Her most metamorphic leap came when she left the law behind in 2018 to embark on a sabbatical, embraced her deeper purpose as a coach, and ultimately launched her coaching business in 2019. Now based in France, Gena’s passion is in helping others navigate change, trust their intuition, and redefine success; her journey is a testament to the power of transformation. Gena has served as a mentor and Executive Coach for the Ask a Chief of Staff community since 2023.
